Booking Terms

We are Government of Nepal registered trekking company. We are fully committed to provide the trekkers with best service possible. We accept booking for trekking under following terms and conditions only: We require non-refundable 20% booking amount of the total price for advance flight tickets and hotel booking and permit process.. Remaining amount can be paid upon your arrival in Kathmandu.

Payments can be made via Debit Card / Credit Card / Bank Transfer / Travelers Check / Cash.

 

Last Minute Booking
You can book for trekking 4 days before departure. You need to pay full amount via Debit Card / Credit Card / Bank Transfer / Travelers Check / Cash.

Risk & Liabilities
Nepal Mount Everest Trekking Private Limited shall not be responsible for postponing / changing trip dates or cancellation of trip due to unavoidable circumstances such as government restriction, landslide, road blockage, flood, avalanches, political unrest, and cancellation of flight, delay, sickness or accident, breakdown of vehicle, client have to bear the any extra cost incurred.

Cancellation of Trip
Confirmed booking can be cancelled by client within 7 days prior to departure in writing in form of hard copy or email. In case of cancellation of trip, amount paid by the client will be refunded in full after deducting the Non-refundable 20% booking amount of the total price.

Incomplete Tour
No refund will be made to the client in case of incomplete trek if the client could not complete the treks.

Postponing Trip
Client can postpone their trip maximum of 15 days after confirmed departure in writing in form of hard copy or email.

Unforeseen Circumstances
Nepal Mount Everest Trekking Private Limited can cancel your trip due to unforeseen circumstances like war, natural disasters, conflict, unfavorable climate etc. In this case full amount paid by the client will be refunded. But the clients have to bear the any extra cost incurred by them as a result of this booking.

Passport and Visas
The client must have a valid passport with at least 6 months validity from departure date from Nepal. Nepal visas can be obtained from the Nepalese Consulate in your country or up on arrival in Tribhuvan International Airport. The cost for visa will be US$ 40.

Travel Insurance
The client must have travel insurance. Client insurance should cover for client’s baggage, medical expenses, cancellation, helicopter evacuation and emergency repatriation.

Cancellation / Delay of Flight
Airplane and helicopter can be cancelled or delayed for notorious weather in remote areas and some time operational complications. Nepal Mount Everest Trekking Private Limited will not be responsible for additional expenses or costs incurred from lost connections.

Personal Belongings
Nepal Mount Everest Trekking Private Limited is not answerable for any loss or damage of your luggage or property belonging to you. Your personal possessions, luggage are at your risk at the times.

Note:
Trek guide who represents Nepal Mount Everest Trekking Private Limited deserves the right to compel the client to leave the trip, if the client commits any unlawful act. No refund will be made in such case.
